We are currently hiring a Global Controller to join our team! As a Global Controller, you’ll serve as a key advisor to both the AVP, Global Finance and the Executive Leadership Team on all financial and accounting matters, as well as provide managers with effective and useful information to assist in the execution of their job responsibilities. You’ll oversee and direct Rho’s accounting and reporting functions, including leading and mentoring your team, as well as leading the organization in financial report and revenue recognition, all while managing / prioritizing multiple deadlines. As such, you will need solid communication, technology, analytical and management skills and with proven achievement in managing all aspects of accounting requirements.
