We are seeking experienced Building Regulations Principal Designer to join their dynamic CDM/Principal Designer teams across the UK. In this role, youll collaborate with a diverse range of clients across the UKs built environment, contributing to high-profile projects and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Building Regulations Principal Designer Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support in fulfilling Principal Designer responsibilities, ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations across both Higher-Risk (HRB) and Non-Higher Risk (non-HRB) projects. Conduct building inspections, site visits, and prepare reports. Provide advice on the Building Safety Act and ensure all projects follow current building regulations and legal requirements.
