- Partner with executive leadership to embed a high-performance, feedback-driven culture supporting growth and accountability.
- Enhance core people processes—performance, reward, development, engagement, employee relations—with pragmatism and speed.
- Champion talent and succession planning to ensure the right capabilities and mindset as we grow.
- Steward our culture by translating values into behaviors, systems, and leadership practices.
- Utilize data and insights to inform decisions, identify gaps, and measure initiative impacts.
- Lead and support a small People & Culture team, positioning the function as a trusted strategic partner.
Desired Experience:

- Strong commercial acumen with experience partnering with executive teams to align people initiatives with business outcomes.
- Experience operationalizing core people processes in a pragmatic, non-bureaucratic manner.
- Experience leading or partnering on global People initiatives across regions such as Europe, North America, and APAC.
- Comfort with both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, confident in boardrooms and detailed work.
- Strong data literacy to leverage insights for leadership decisions.
- Values-led, low-ego leadership style with trust-building ability.
- Bonus: experience leading teams through change or transformation, such as reorgs or rapid scaling.
Desired Skills & Attributes:

- Leadership & Culture Stewardship: Credibility and care in leadership, shaping a culture of performance, inclusion, and accountability.
- Executional Excellence: Moving seamlessly between strategy and detail, delivering with pace and accuracy.
