Overview
Full-Time Sales Assistant role at FOOTASYLUM, based in Bury.
Full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate is fully flexible Monday–Sunday. Applications are anonymous until the interview stage to help eliminate unconscious bias.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide excellent customer service to make customers feel valued and leave with a great impression of the shop.
- Become a product expert, helping customers make choices that suit their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to hit store targets and deliver excellent service as a team.
- Keep the store clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Engage in training to grow knowledge and skills.
- Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Handle transactions with a positive attitude to end the shopping experience well.
From day one you will receive in-depth training on products, including fabric and weather durability, product care and recommended companions, to become a well-rounded FOOTASYLUM Sales Ambassador.

Outgoing, friendly, organised, and can-do attitude. You will be positive, approachable, not shy, and able to spark enthusiastic conversations with customers.
