About the Role
As the company\’s first point of contact for HR matters, the HR Manager will lead the delivery of core HR functions-ensuring a compliant, consistent, and people-focused approach across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ongoing staff development. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes

  • Support line managers with performance management and employee development
