My client is a leader in their field with an outstanding record for exemplary care management. They are looking for an experienced Children\’s Registered Manager. You would be working in an independent company with strong core values based on developing a caring and supportive environment for young people with Emotional Behavioural difficulties and complex needs.
- We are looking for an innovative Individual who has held an Ofsted registration with good and outstanding in the last two reports. We are seeking someone who has an active registration with clear work history and can get a reference from the current employer without delays.
- 40 hours per week
- There will be on-call duties
- We require a highly experienced, passionate individual who has a proven track record of providing the highest quality care for young people as well as providing the staff with a high level of leadership and management.
- You must have extensive knowledge and understanding of all current regulations related to Residential Childcare
- Must have the ability to effectively apply strong leadership skills to the Day-Day running of the home.
- We are looking for an individual, who can demonstrate the ability to provide the young people, staff and other stakeholders with clear leadership and high aspirations.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with young people in Residential Care as a Registered manager
- Candidate must have previous experience in a role requiring supervision and management of care staff
- Be able to demonstrate auditing and monitoring skills
- Can demonstrate how to develop a high performing team
- Has a sound understanding of regulation, policy, and procedure
- Has strong values and beliefs
- Has integrity and good character
- Can evidence experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Can evidence knowledge of working within a clear therapeutic framework
