Calibration Technician

My client is recruiting for a Calibration Technician to join their team at their site in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, if you have a technical aptitude and experience of working with calibration equipment, this may be the role for you. The successful candidate will travel to customer sites to calibrate, repair and service a range of electrical and mechanical instrumentation, completing the calibration of allocated equipment within agreed parameters, recording and evaluating all essential data, for a wide range of industries across the UK and occasionally overseas. Calibration Technician Requirements: * Ideally hold an Engineering qualification – NVQ Level 2 as a minimum. * Must have a technical aptitude. * Experience and understanding of the calibration of equipment. * Experience report writing, strong communication skills and IT skills. * Flexible approach to work and working away from home to suit business needs. * Hold full driving licence. Calibration Technician Benefits: * Salary £24,500 – £30,000 * Monday to Friday – 40 hours. * Overtime payable. * Expenses covered. * 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. * Company Van. * Pension scheme. * Opportunity to join a very reputable company.
