Role Overview
This UK-based technology provider specialises in smart monitoring solutions powered by the Internet of Things (IoT). Their systems help organisations monitor environmental conditions such as temperature, energy usage, humidity, and water safety in real time. These tools are designed to improve efficiency, ensure compliance, reduce energy consumption, and support sustainability goals.
We\’re looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives and cultivate high-value partnerships. In this role, you\’ll be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key accounts. Your strategic insight and client-centric approach will directly influence our commercial direction, driving sustained revenue growth and market expansion.
The Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional IT services and solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of services
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance metrics
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in account management
- Experience working with smart monitoring solutions
- 25 days annual leave + bank holiday
- Enhanced company pension
