Job Summary

Salary: Competitive

Hours: 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Location: 40 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7AW.

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit an Analytics Engineer to join our Data and Analytics team, with a competitive salary range on offer.

The Data and Analytics (D&A) team in Cleveland Clinic London is a centre of excellence (hub) providing the following capabilities to our caregivers: foster an analytics culture, data management, enterprise reporting & analytics, enterprise data warehouse and enterprise tooling adoption& deployment.
This role will be sitting within D&A but will be dedicated to the London Research Team with collaboration from our partners in Cleveland Clinic Research/Lerner Research Institute.

What will your duties include?

  • Set up and maintain a separate research data infrastructure for London. Hosting of machine learning models, and creating and deploying of user-interfaces to allow rapid translation of data and research insights back into the London Healthcare sector. Develop, maintain and optimise analytical processes to improve data accuracy, accessibility and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, gather and analyse large datasets from various sources (flat files, APIs, databases)-this includes Lerner Research Institute, External Vendors and the research operational teams.
  • Maintain documentation of data analysis processes. Methodology and results to ensure replicability and transparency with the wider D&A Team.
  • Utilize advanced machine learning and AI techniques to develop predictive models for improving business processes, caregiver experience, and operational efficiency.
  • Apply Statistical analysis methods to interpret data trends, patterns, correlations and communicate insights and recommendations to operational teams.

What we need from you?

  • Proven Experience with programming languages such as Python/R and advanced
    T-SQL programming
  • Experience in large-scale datasets, analysing unstructured data/semi structured data to solve business problems, and presenting impactful insights
  • Experience with RPA/ Automation tools
  • Familiarity with Data Lake frameworks such as Azure DataBricks
  • Experience using EPIC (EMR)
  • Understanding of building and maintaining ETL packages using
    MS SSIS
  • Healthcare experience (NHS/Private) or working with healthcare datasets/applications
    (Desirable)
