A key part of this position includes working with the Blue Yonder (JDA) platform – supporting system troubleshooting, upgrades, and ongoing improvement activity.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing WMS IT services to Fradley Park within the NTS Business unit supporting the business needs of our customer.
  • You will act as an IT business partner for the operational site and customer liaison for all WMS IT services impacting the site.
  • Stakeholder management and on-site customers and responsible for building and maintaining working relationships.
  • Successful delivery for WMS IT solutions will include the coordination of central IT functions and leadership of local IT resources. This will include budgetary responsibility, ownership of site IT roadmaps, change management and incident coordination.
  • This role will include Blue Yonder WMS management responsibilities, which are dedicated to the customer on-site
  • Line management of a IT Analyst, direct report.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

  • Technical knowledge of Blue Yonder Warehouse management systems (WMS) and DHL Link is essential. Current version on site is WMS Blue Yonder 2023.
  • You will need to be on-site at Fradley Park 5 days per week.
  • Logistics or supply chain Industry experience is essential.
  • IT experience in a similar role in a large complex organisation.
  • Extensive and in-depth customer and stakeholder management experience.
  • Strong route cause investigation experience.
  • Project management and delivery including excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills and good business cultural awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
