We are seeking a highly skilled Toolmaker with expertise in wax tooling and core assembly to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a precision manufacturing environment where quality and attention to detail are paramount. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, modification, and creation of tooling used in the wax and core production processes, supporting investment casting or similar operations.

Commutable from Worcester, Pershore, Cheltenham, Stratford Upon Avon, Evesham, Studley, Redditch, Droitwich, Ledbury and Bromsgrove

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture, assemble, and maintain wax and ceramic core tooling to precise tolerances
  • Interpret technical drawings

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as a Toolmaker, preferably within investment casting or related industries
  • Knowledge of wax and ceramic core processes
  • CNC skills would be useful but not advantageous
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of materials, tolerances, and production techniques
  • Apprenticeship or relevant engineering/toolmaking qualification preferred
