GERMAN SPEAKING SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR | WIGAN| PERMANENT, FULL TIME
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm | 9am to 5pm – Hybrid working pattern (2 days in the office per week)

Up to £29,000 per annum DOE

You will be…

  • Communicating closely with Field Sales colleagues, processing new sales orders on behalf of customers across the UK and German market
  • Liaising with customers via telephone and email, providing regular updates and support with new and existing orders
  • Managing individual email inbox, handling email correspondence from customers and internal departments in relation to order requirements / updates
  • Communicating with haulage partners and couriers to coordinate and obtain updates on deliveries
  • Making outbound calls to customers to provide updates in relation to deliveries / issues / lead times / stock
  • Handling aftersales issues accordingly

You will have…

  • Fluent UK and German – written and spoken
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer service / administrative role
