The role – Regional Project Manager

Based in the picturesque Morayshire area of Scotland, you will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for complete inception to completion project management and delivering successful projects through their full lifecycle, within the PMO, on time and to budget, through the stage gate process.

You will have a dynamic, challenging and varied role, your duties and responsibilities including;

  • Manage all elements of simultaneously running projects from inception through all development stages to completion and post completion support
  • Ensure projects meet all requirements in terms of process, quality, delivery and cost
  • Ensure all projects meet company and industry / regulatory requirements
  • Effectively lead and manage a range of projects across multiple UK and European sites
  • Provide technical project management support within all elements of project delivery
  • Deliver weekly updates on project progress, wins, challenges, budget and maintain good communication with stakeholders relevant to each project
  • Provide on-going project data, including project risk management, for all project work
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with key peers and stakeholders, internal and external

Ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have a wealth of experience as a Project Manager within the FMCG sector. You will be able to demonstrate a wealth of proven experience in leading and managing multiple simultaneously running multi-site projects. Possessing first class written and verbal communication skills. You will be well versed in managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals. An in-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools is essential. The role will also require travel to sites across multiple locations as project demands require.
