Asbestos Consultant – Midlands, UK RSK Asbestos seeks an ambitious surveyor or analyst to join our team within the Midlands, UK. This role combines home, site and office based work. Responsibilities Travel across the UK to client sites as required. Complete site works defined within the scope of work provided by the Project Manager. Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients and contractors on site, providing feedback. Report issues to Project Managers and clients where necessary. Advise clients on asbestos liabilities and management requirements. Train, supervise and audit other staff, dependent on experience. Accurately record site data and generate test reports and certificates in a timely manner. Take representative site photographs and prepare annotated site plans. Complete quality control, equipment management and KPI requirements in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Quality, Technical and Project Managers to ensure work is carried out in compliance with the quality system to a high standard. Person Specification Full UK driving licence. BOHS P402, 403 and 404 or RSPH equivalents. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Highly disciplined, honest and versatile with a can‑do attitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team. Adequate knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation.
