Parking Patrol Officer – Cardiff – Full Time – 4 on 4 off shift pattern – £27,518.00 Per Annum
Join us as a Parking Patrol Officer based in Cardiff. The role is part of the Network Rail team and involves maintaining security, resolving customer concerns and upholding company standards of quality, cleanliness and safety.
The Role
- Provide direct support to the Car Park Supervisor and perform daily operations.
- Ensure vehicles are parked to maximise space and revenue.
- Adhere fully to operating procedures.
- Undertake foot patrols in line with patrol schedules to deter crime and antisocial behaviour.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
- Utilise internal and external IT functions for parking permit management.
- Monitor and report all parking equipment faults promptly.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety policies.
- Perform tasks to maintain cleanliness and appearance of the car park.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strive to improve SLA performance of the service provided by APCOA.
