Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Experience
- Must be electrically biased and hold a UK recognised engineering qualification in electrical engineering.
- Must have atleast 3x years experience in maintenance in food manufacturing or similar industry
- Must have strong mechanical knowledge Multi skilled is KEY!
- Must have the right to work long term in the UK without the need for sponsorship
- Must have experience in food manufacturing
- Must have experience working with production line machinery conveyors, slicers, chillers, packaging machinery etc..
- Must have experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Experience fault finding with PLCs
- Strong communication skills
- Continuous improvement experience and mind set
- Machinery installation experience
- Experience with sensors, panel bords, motors, relays etc..
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:
- To work along side Maintenance team with reactive and planned maintenance
- Maintenance on production line machinery such as conveyors, slicers, chillers, wash plants, packaging machinery etc..
- Machinery installation & modifications
- Carry out autonomous and preventative maintenance tasks competently and correctly, recording work carried out in appropriate documentation.
- Ensure detailed hand overs between shifts are detailed and add value.
Multi-Skilled Engineer Qualifications/Experience:
- ONC/HNC OR EQUIVALENT IN ENGINEERING (Ideally electrical but open to mechanical with strong electrical experienve)
- Food manufacturing experience is essential
- FMCG Experience
