About the role:
As part of the HSE Team, the HSE Advisor will;
– Drive Health, Safety and Environmental improvements specifically within our EV department.
– Be a champion for our OneSafeDrax vision and work to monitor HSE performance and implement risk & compliance controls across our EV sites
– Support the delivery of innovative HSE programmes and improvements to achieve compliance and manage risk on our construction projects across the UK.
– Be pragmatic in your approach and develop practical and logical solutions that will embed effectively.
Who were looking for:
To be successful in this role youll ideally have
– A HSE qualification i.e. NEBOSH certificate or equivalent
– A good understanding of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
– A willingness to travel is a must
– A well-organised and agile approach, able to adapt to the changing needs of a newly integrated and growing business
– Strong communication skills, and able to advise all levels of the business effectively.
