Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Housekeeping Floor Porter to join our team at Rosewood London. The Housekeeping Floor Porter assists in maintaining guest areas and housekeeping storage, and fulfills guest requests. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week over 5 days.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and organizing supplies needed for the day.
- Supporting the floor supervisor and housekeeping team to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintaining guest rooms, floors, public areas, fire exits, stairways, and service areas to hotel standards.
- Reporting progress using provided communication devices.
- Efficiently delivering guest requests.
