Chubb Fire & Security is currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator to be based at Portsmouth and will support our team of Portable Fire Extinguisher (PFX) Engineers around the South coast.
The main goal of this role is to coordinate all aspects of supply chain operations and warehousing within the branch, while supporting Engineers with the installation of Fire Extinguishers in the field (full training provided).

What You Will Be Doing as a Logistics Coordinator
This busy and varied role involves supporting our PFX team across different branch departments, including Stores (warehousing), Office/Customer support, with around 50% of your day spent in the field supporting Engineers with installations of Fire Extinguishers, as well as making deliveries to customers and satellite branches.
- Process all incoming deliveries
- Pick and pack orders
- Organize dispatch and delivery of goods
- Deliver to remote engineers not covered by satellite locations
- Commission fire extinguishers
- Install fire extinguishers at customer sites
- Ensure products are stored safely and clearly marked with product codes
- Maintain high communication levels with the sales team
- Monitor and ensure stock accuracy, matching physical stock with the warehouse management system
- Promote Chubb solutions to customers onsite (commission available)
- Support continuous improvement of warehouse processes to enhance customer service
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday (start times between 7.00am and 8.00am)
