Day-to-day implementation and support to the Air Cyber service catalogue

Ensure operation of each service in line with agreed process, policy and SLAs

Development, delivery and ongoing operation of Cyber Services KPIs fed by analysis of service metrics, incidents and other related data sources

Creation and collation of inputs into Air Cyber reporting

Driving adoption of and adherence to policies and standards

Delivery of cyber security consultancy into the Air Sector, covering all elements of the service catalogue

An understanding of emerging cyber requirements and cyber security threats

A broad and comprehensive technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and technologies (with OT knowledge being an additional benefit)

Experience of working in an IT function and relevant field

Experience in the management and delivery of key cyber security projects

Experience of collaborating for success with key business stakeholders

Experience managing and reporting project deliverables to senior management audiences
Educated to degree level (or equivalent worked experience) preferably in a related discipline
