Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing new business strategies within a FTSE10 company, focusing on sales of the Mead Johnson Nutrition portfolio within the NHS sector. The role involves developing account plans, building relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with ABPI guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the Reckitt nutrition portfolio, competitors, and NHS environment.
• Build relationships with Dietitians, Paediatricians, GPs, and Medicines Managers.
• Deliver information about NHS products within ABPI guidelines.
• Develop and implement account plans aligned with regional and national strategies.
• Identify opportunities and threats in the NHS market to maximize growth.
• Gain insights into NHS decision-making processes to optimize strategy.
• Innovate to overcome prescribing barriers.
• Maintain up-to-date product and clinical knowledge.
• Ensure all activities are ABPI compliant.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven sales success in ethical and hospital sales environments.
• Experience in improving formulary or guideline status.
• Ability to develop customer networks and disseminate scientific information.
• Science degree or RCN qualification preferred.
• ABPI qualification required.
