More about the role & team

We’re seeking a Product Manager to drive innovation by leading product development aligned with market priorities. You will own the roadmap, manage development sprints, and ensure timely delivery.

You will influence the product’s commercial success by refining market positioning, pricing, capabilities, and support strategies to ensure competitiveness.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Development & Sprint Management: Implement roadmap, manage sprints, prioritize tasks, maintain backlog.
  2. Methodology & Specification Enhancement: Refine data handling, propose workflow improvements.
  3. Performance Attribution Expertise: Apply time/money-weighted and Brinson-Fachler attribution methods.
  4. Product & Industry Knowledge: Lead SDLC planning, manage Scrum tools, ensure stakeholder alignment.
  5. Training & Support: Conduct demos, coordinate releases, provide expert client support.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Market & Strategy: Define product vision, develop roadmap, support sales demos/webinars.

This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to make impactful improvements. It requires constant communication across the firm and with external clients to gather feedback and validate requirements. Some US hours may be necessary due to the global team. The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic environment, is creative, a problem solver, and a team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A passion for sustainability and acting as an expert voice on these issues is also valued.

Skills and Experience Needed:

  • Relevant performance and attribution analytics experience, with hands-on expertise with Confluence Revolution or similar products is a strong bonus.
  • Minimum of 7+ years in Agile product ownership or performance analysis roles, with Agile product owner certification.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multi-task, collaborate with diverse teams, and think quickly.
  • Experience working with a global team, from Australia to the US.
  • Some travel within Europe, up to 25% of the time.
