Job Description The Crabshell Inn is uniquely situated with a waterside location in Kingsbridge Devon. South facing aspect & glorious estuary views, ample seating inside & out, creating the ideal spot to spend time enjoying the well prepared & presented food & drink. Watch the boats, stand up paddlers & the delighted smiles of children as they crab along the embankment, a truly family friendly destination. The inn has ample car parking & is a five min. stroll from Kingsbridge town centre or a 30 min. boat trip from Salcombe. Always at the heart of the community, affectionately known as The Crabbie, a genuinely welcoming place to enjoy great times all year round. Are you a versatile Sous Chef with experience of working in a fast-paced environment? Join our talented kitchen team and you’ll be working alongside passionate people, with locally sourced produce, to provide high quality food that delights our guests. As Sous Chef, you will support your Head Chef in leading our talented kitchen team while ensuring the correct procedures are followed and specifications for each dish are precisely met. You will utilise the flexibility enabled by our menu writing processes, to help adapt our offer to meet the needs of our business and our guests.
