With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Operations Manager for this Group of Companies with a TO of c £5m. The role of the Finance Operations Manager will report to the MD and will work closely with the Head of Office / Systems Operations. SKILLS / EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER ROLE; Prove track record of Change / Systems Improvements Desire to work the grow the Business The ability to implement and drive Change A professional Qualification – ACA / ACCA / CIMA or be close to Qualification Previous experience of Xero and strong Excel skills for Reporting and Analysis THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER – BENEFITS AND SALARY; Prepare a range of Monthly Reports using Xero and Excel Prepare for Year End – including management of an Audit Trail Prepare detailed Cash Flow Analysis Execute a range of Reconciliations – Bank / VAT / Inter Company etc. Annual Salary budget of £45,000 with a range of Benefits to include 28 days holiday Flexible working start / finish times can be negotiated Pension (after Probation) Staff Discounts across a range of offerings To find out more about the Finance Operations Manager role – please initially email your CV to the office.
