As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will champion operational efficiency by effectively managing team members and resources, ensuring that productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. You will:
- Lead and manage a warehouse team to meet daily targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Brief Team Leaders and cover for Shift Managers as needed.
- Input data into WMS operations.
- Ensure accurate, timely loading across all temperature zones within quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area.
- Adapt to changing priorities and support the team effectively.
