And a leading name in the ceramic industry, we offer a curated selection of decorative ceramics for both residential and commercial spaces. Our showroom is more than just a retail space-it's a destination for inspiration and creativity.We're now looking for an experienced Retail Manager to lead our showroom team, drive performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the ceramic showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient running
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored design solutions
  • Monitor stock levels, merchandising standards, and showroom presentation
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to manage inventory and product ranges
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase footfall and conversion
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to optimize performance and improve service
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a retail manager, ideally within home décor, interiors, or ceramics / tiles sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals
  • Passion for design, materials, and interiors is a strong advantage
  • Proficient in POS systems, stock management, and retail software
  • Flexible, organised, and able to work weekends as required
