They are seeking a Senior Systems Trainer to join their dynamic team and help ensure their systems and technologies remain at the forefront of the industry.
As a Senior Systems Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and delivery of training across the firm\’s IT and legal software systems. This is a unique opportunity to work with a team committed to continuous development and operational excellence, while contributing to the success of a forward-thinking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct periodic training needs analysis and tailor training delivery to meet the needs and abilities of employees at all levels.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering IT, tech, software, and systems, ensuring they are suited to the skills required for each role.
- Deliver training sessions through various mediums (face-to-face, online, distanced learning) for IT systems.
- Develop and maintain training documentation, user manuals, guides, and reference materials.
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Training and the Group Director of Process and Systems to design and deliver training courses from onboarding through to advanced stages.
- Support new starters and existing staff in reaching competency with IT, tech, and systems and achieving best practices.
- Assist with the implementation and roll-out of new systems, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Develop and maintain a network of super users for IT systems.
- Research and adopt new methods of training delivery to align with the latest Learning and Development industry standards.
- Support and mentor junior systems trainers within the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- At least 2 years of experience in identifying training needs, creating up-to-date training materials, and delivering training on IT systems and processes across various mediums.
- A solid understanding of Solicitor\’s Case Management Systems and cloud-based Information Systems. Experience with Eclipse Proclaim would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to assess individual, team, and business training needs, alongside the ability to develop and deliver tailored training programs.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with different departments, businesses, and senior stakeholders.
- The ability to deliver face-to-face, online, and distance learning sessions in a large corporate environment.
- Proven experience in inspiring and motivating others to adopt new systems and processes.
- Familiarity with the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) for learning and development.
- Experience using an eLearning platform and creating eLearning modules.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
