People & Recruitment Advisor – Kent – £35k
I am currently recruiting for a People & Recruitment Advisor for one of the industry\’s leading contract caterers, with a reputation that is unrivalled in their field.
As the People & Recruitment Advisor, you will be responsible for the hiring and onboarding of this large catering team of 150 people. You will also be required to oversee all HR processes within the venue, whilst having full support of the central HR department at Head Office,
The ideal People & Recruitment Advisor will have the following skills/ experience;
·Currently working in a recruitment role within the hospitality sector – either as an Internal Recruiter or Agency.
·Experience in managing the full recruitment cycle from advertising, through to onboarding and induction.
·Strong people management skills, with the ability to deal with multiple department heads.
·Experience in managing HR processes, including absence management and grievance cases.
·CIPD qualification would be advantageous but not essential
