We are a successful and well-established events and media production company specialising in the production of global events – live and virtual – and creating exciting and innovative media, primarily within the healthcare industry.
We\’re now looking for a Creative Lead to join our talented team. Working alongside our project teams and other media streams you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative solutions for various media platforms, including creative development which will be used across, print, web and motion graphics, ensuring that creative and production solutions meet the brief and are delivered on time and within budget.
You’ll have excellent attention to detail, confident in presenting concepts to clients and crucially, you’ll be bringing ideas to life with your design skills and technical ability.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and deliver impactful multi-disciplinary design work – from creative event concepts and branding to presentation design, motion graphic storyboards, large format print, and immersive digital experiences – ensuring all outputs are visually engaging and meet our high standards.
- Produce creative solutions that meet the brief, deadline and budget, ensuring brand consistency and quality control is applied throughout.
- Manage numerous projects with the ability to adapt quickly in a reactive environment without losing creative momentum.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and translate them into creative solutions.
- Advise and guide project and other media teams regarding resources, timescales and cost to ensure expectations are managed.
- Ensure project and media teams are kept up to date with progress.
- Highlight ‘bottlenecks’ or where projects may be overrunning and work with relevant teams to resolve.
- Work with internal teams to create captivating designs for new business pitches.
- Assist with mentoring team colleagues, helping to develop their skills.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Ensure relevant project management software is up to date with relevant information, actions required, changes, and so on, to enable accurate reporting.
- Stay up to date with industry and latest design trends, suggesting areas for improvement or innovation.
Requirements
Requirements
- Significant experience within an agency environment, ideally within the events industry.
- Proven experience in creating concepts, stage, exhibition design, print process, experiential and digital – ideally in healthcare.
- Proficient in design packages – Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
- Experience of working within brand guidelines and used to working within regulated, corporate parameters, ideally gained by working with a variety of international clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and an excellent command of UK English grammar, spelling and punctuation for quality checking.
- Excellent communication skills and confident in presenting to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
- Experience of using project management software, ideally Synergist.
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D and After Effects would also be advantageous but not essential.
