Mode Search is excited to be supporting a premium interiors company, in the appointment of a Showroom Manager for their London Flagship in Fitzrovia. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international brand that champions craftsmanship and quality.
Based in the London showroom and leading a dynamic Sales team, the role requires a hands-on approach, focus on retail excellence & clienteling . The environment is dynamic and entrepreneurial, requires excellent leadership experience in premium retail and a passion for interiors.
The Role
- Lead and inspire the showroom team, setting the tone through hands-on leadership on the shop floor
- Drive sales, with some trade engagement, focusing on customer experience and high-value transactions
- Share compelling brand and product stories that reflect the company’s craftsmanship and values
- Deliver strong performance against KPIs, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Manage full store operations including VM
- Handle stock management, inventory accuracy, and compliance
- Provide weekly reporting and insights to the Retail Manager to support performance tracking
- Ensure the showroom environment is pristine and in-line with the brand’s image
- Take an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, team development, and overall store performance
- Act as a key brand ambassador, both in-store and within the local market
Requirements
- Proven experience as a manager within high-end retail or interior design
- Strong interest in interiors and design
- Excellent sales skills, with a track record of leading by example and driving team performance
- Commercially astute and comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and reporting tools
- Confident managing a full team and coordinating both front and back-of-house operations
- Valid British Passport or UK resident permit
