Your responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day learning and classroom management.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for children, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons and activities.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and social skills.
- Supporting with assessments, record keeping, and progress tracking.
- Contributing to the wider school community and extra-curricular activities.
What we’re looking for
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
- Experience supporting children in primary schools ideally with SEND.
