Our Global Enterprise client is looking for an Administrator to process leaver requests and Incidents/requests management of IT tickets.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: up to 30 days (initially)
Pay Rate: £100/day (PLEASE NOTE: Employer NI is paid for by the client)
Total Daily Earnings: £112/day (includes rolled up holiday)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Edinburgh

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership for customer hardware request and break-fix incidents.
  • Scheduling and manage engineer’s workload.
  • Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required.
  • Able to multitask and plan schedules.
  • Accuracy and Attention to detail is paramount.
  • Ability to work under their own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a fast-moving customer environment.
  • Experience of ServiceNow IT Service Management Platform.

Soft Skills:

  • Flexible approach and ability to work co-operatively within a newly created team environment.
  • Should be a self-starter and be able to perform quality assurance and control to create technical deliverables that are error free / with minimal non-functional defects.
  • Experience in operationally supporting large, complex technical environment.
  • Methodical and structured in their approach to tasks.
  • Capability to organise and prioritise tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish/maintain relationships and interact with team members.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
