Job Title: Health Care Assistant – Complex CareLocation: All of North London and surrounding areas (Essex and Hertfordshire) Company: Home Care Providers (Part of Day Webster Group)About the Role:Day Webster – Home Care Providers are currently seeking experienced and skilled Complex Care Healthcare Assistants to provide exceptional care for adults and/or children with complex healthcare needs in the community and within the comfort of their own homes. We are recruiting across North London and surrounding areas (Essex and Hertfordshire) with plans to expand into additional regions as we continue to grow our talent pool.Potential Care Packages – Complex Care:As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with the following complex healthcare needs:
  • Respiratory & Airway Management: Tracheostomy care, Ventilator support, Cough Assist, Suctioning (Oral & Nasal), Oxygen Therapy, Nebulisers
  • Enteral Feeding: PEG, PEJ, JEG, NG, NJ, Mickey Button
  • Medication Administration & Management
  • Bowel Care Management
  • Autonomic Dysreflexia
  • Catheter Care
  • Diabetes Management
  • Stoma Care
  • Moving & Handling, Hoisting & Transfers
  • Seizure & Epilepsy Management
  • Physical Disabilities
  • Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Acquired Brain Injuries
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries
  • Neurological Disorders: MS, MND, ALS, Cerebral Palsy, Dystonia, Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease
  • Genetic Conditions

Requirements:We are looking for Healthcare Assistants who have at least 6 months practical, hands-on experience in delivering complex care to individuals in the community. You must have the necessary skills and knowledge to safely provide care in the home environment.Benefits:
