Job Description

  1. Audit File Reviews: Perform engagement quality control reviews, including hot and cold file reviews.
  2. Technical Advisory: Respond to technical queries with clarity and precision, while identifying common themes and trends.
  3. Guidance Development: Create and share guidance on emerging topics, changes in standards, and findings from reviews.
  4. Training: Design and deliver targeted training across the firm.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with UK offices to promote consistent and high-quality audit practices.
  6. Quality Control: Help build and maintain strong audit quality procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Professionally qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
Strong experience in external audit, quality control, audit file reviewing, and technical accounting.
In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in audit software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with a detail-focused approach.
Clear communicator and confident collaborator.
Ability to manage projects and mentor others effectively.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
