The Venue
Opening back in September 2019, the £333 million complex, has established P&J Live as the largest event complex in the North of Scotland, boasting world-class conference and exhibition facilities for organisers and delegates across the globe, all sustainably powered by local, renewable energy sources.

About the Role
We are looking for someone to join the administration team on a part time basis. This will include helping the team with any ongoing workload, supporting with incoming queries over the telephone or via email, and liaising with different departments to organise meetings. The right candidate will also manage incoming and outgoing mail, welcome guests at the venue and be the front facing point of contact for all enquiries on site. We are looking for someone who is experienced in using Microsoft Office, has strong customer service skills, and can self-manage their workload whilst assisting the administration team. Ideally you will have experience in setting up Purchase Orders and communicating with different teams to ensure a smooth experience for all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR business partners to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future resource needs.
- Manage the casual recruitment process, in consultation with senior managers, ensuring that all recruitment activity is in line with policy.
- Liaise with the F&B Managers weekly/monthly regarding casual staffing requirements.
- Superuser of Human Force rostering system for the venue
- Responsible for rostering staff using Human Force
- Support with casual team shift allocations and check in/out process for events.
- Process payroll on the system and liaise with payroll regarding any queries.
- Assist senior managers to conduct interview and selection processes.
- Upkeep of staff data base ensuring documentation, right to work permits are up to date.
We are looking for someone with:
- A demonstrable experience of working in recruitment/resourcing (at consultant level) – Essential.
- PC literate skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and have a working knowledge of using database programs such as Access or similar Knowledgeable of local area
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and self-manage workload
- Ability to multitask and deal with conflicting deadlines
