Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Help lead and motivate team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals. You\’ll play a part in fostering a positive, productive atmosphere.
- Project Management: Support the planning and execution of sales campaigns and projects. You’ll keep track of progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse team performance and offer feedback and training to improve efficiency. Implement strategies to boost overall performance.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues quickly. You’ll also assist with customer support and sales, especially when training new team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to help the management team run smoothly.
- Training and Development: Take part in training sessions and workshops to build your management skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, sharing ideas and insights to improve overall operations.
