What you will bring:
- Experience and knowledge: To work as part of our TLC service suitable experience and embedded knowledge supporting young people in crisis is mandatory.You will be able to clearly share 2 years experience supporting individuals who require high levels of support and are often deregulated. Have experience of using de-escalation techniques to keep young people safe.Demonstrate safe and effective decisions which ensure the right actions are taken in challenging situations.You will have experience of providing detailed and accurate daily record keeping and incident reporting.You will demonstrate creativity when engaging and establishing trust with children and young people and demonstrate sound communication and judgement.You will be able to evidence clarity over protecting personal and professional boundaries at all times.
- Register under the PVG scheme.
