Guinness Property provide repairs and maintenance services to The Guinness Partnership. Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our resident's homes are safe and maintained to high standard.Â
About the roleÂ
We have a new opportunity for a Repairs Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in the London office on a full time, permanent basis. As a Repairs Resident Liaison Officer your time will be split between spending time in our communities, working in our central London office, with some time working from home. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role.Â

Essential requirements
- Educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or able to demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.
