Are you a friendly and approachable individual with exceptional customer service skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join a dynamic team in Newbridge. This is a temporary full-time position where you will play a crucial role in ensuring a professional and efficient front-of-house experience for visitors and callers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent organisational abilities, we want to hear from you. In addition to being the welcoming face of their company, you will play a crucial role in supporting their office administration. You will collaborate closely with the office manager, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position pays 12.50 per hour Responsibilities: Welcome visitors and announce them to the appropriate host. Answer all incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner. Efficiently handle enquiries or direct them to the appropriate department. Manage meeting rooms, including setting up refreshments and ordering catering. Receive and manage deliveries to the office. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Any adhoc admin work as required. What You Will Need: Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour. Previous experience in a reception or customer service role is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
