As a Loaner/Returns Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and adherence of loaner sets to the established inspection procedures. This role involves verifying that loaner sets are complete with no missing or broken parts, ensuring all paperwork is accurate, and processing returns and loaners efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Inspect loaner sets for completeness and adherence to loaner inspection procedures.
- Verify loaner sets are complete with no missing or broken parts.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Receive, clean, inspect, decontaminate, enter, and reprocess returns and loaners.
- Assist in inventory management and track/document deficiencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation per departmental procedures.
- Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company Codes of Conduct and all applicable policies and regulations.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain high standards of ethical business practices.
Essential Skills
- Experience in inspection, production, general labor, assembly, and quality control.
- 1-2 years of experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in data entry with knowledge of MS Excel & Outlook.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to follow and comply with safety and quality procedures.

Work Environment
This position is located in a state-of-the-art medical device manufacturing facility, featuring a clean and temperature-controlled machine shop. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 11am to 7:30pm, with a casual dress code where employees are expected to be presentable.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $18.00/hr.
