Job Description
- Perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and general building repairs
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on cranes, compressors, welders, and other shop tools used to manufacture large construction and mining equipment.
- 1 year of relatable experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of high voltage /AC (120, 230, 277, and 480 volt) experience or knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and DC electric
- Demonstrated mechanical ability and/or aptitude to perform heavy equipment assembly repair and maintenance (fork lifts, press brakes, cranes)
- Troubleshooting experience with welders, mig guns, and other small tools.
- Ability to perform simple repair welds
- Must have basic knowledge of reading and writing
- Knowledge of plumbing (PVC, Copper, and Black Pipe) is a plus
- Licensed or certified electrician is a plus
