Job Description
Job Title: TIG Welder/Fabricator
Responsibilities
- Produce food-grade welds on 304 stainless steel assemblies.
- Weld a variety of material thicknesses, ranging from 16g up to ½” thick.
- Work from prints and weld parts per symbols as noted.
- Accurately layout and fixture small and larger multipart weld assemblies.
- Check and straighten all weld assemblies using straight edges and squares.
- Measure parts and assemblies using calipers, rigid rules, micrometers, and tape measures accurately.
- Shift tasks quickly as priorities demand and work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain a high degree of flexibility in your role.
Essential Skills
- TIG Welding stainless steel.
- Experience with layouts and working with blueprints.
- Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 – $30.00/hr.
