Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to oversee the AR function in a fast-growing, private equity-backed company. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow and ensuring accurate receivables tracking in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and maintain the accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collections and minimal past-due balances.

Monitor and manage approximately $15M+ in receivables, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

Generate and analyze AR reports to support financial reporting and decision-making.

Assist in process improvements to streamline AR operations and enhance cash flow.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Support month-end close activities related to AR and contribute to audit preparation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

3–5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related accounting functions.

Strong understanding of AR processes and best practices in a B2B environment.

Proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite is highly preferred.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000
