Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a compassionate and experienced Hospice Registered Nurse(RN) for a full-time, 13-week contract assignment in La Grande, OR. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established nationwide home health agency, providing essential end-of-life care to patients in the comfort of their homes. This role offers full-time hours, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and access to comprehensive benefits, with the potential for extension based on performance and agency needs.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: 13-Week Contract, Full-Time

- Location: La Grande, ORand surrounding areas
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekends and on-call
- Productivity: 25 per week
- Mileage: .48c visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week
- Pay: Negotiable based on experience and territory, weekly pay, stipend pay packages available for travelers

Position Requirements:
- Active Oregon (OR) Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
- Minimum 1 year of hospice experience
- Homecare Homebase proficiency required
- Reliable transportation required
- Joint Commission onboarding upon offer
Position Duties:
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care activities
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and high-quality care delivery
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing home health services
