Join our team as a Production Worker responsible for maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines for product assembly and packaging. You will work closely with manufacturing equipment and adhere to safety procedures to ensure a hazard-free environment. This position is for the 1st shift, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with additional overtime hours from 4:00 am to 2:30 pm as required by business needs, including some Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and monitor warehouse machinery to ensure smooth operations.
- Store products and materials securely and systematically.
- Meet individual production task deadlines during the shift.
- Report defective products or machinery promptly.
- Check stock levels and report any deficiencies in products or raw materials.
- Keep the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
- Review and follow manufacturing manuals to build machinery accurately.
- Ensure shipping procedures are completed in a timely manner.
- Transfer equipment manually or using forklift trucks.
- Follow company safety and quality guidelines consistently.

Work Environment
The work environment is a standard manufacturing shop. While it is fairly clean, it can become dirty due to the nature of the metal shop. It is not climate-controlled, so temperatures may vary, being warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00/hr.
