Operate equipment to accurately utilize raw ingredient materials in a precise manner to create flavor products. Ensure understanding of all safety, quality, and operational procedures relevant to the role.
Responsibilities
- Utilize tools and electronic/computer systems for compounding and container filling.
- Use computer, scan gun, or other tools and processes to correctly match ingredients to shop orders.
- Follow production, safety, quality, and operational procedures to verify and record information during the production process.
- Ensure proper ventilation and use of safety equipment.
- Develop understanding of Quality Control requirements for sampling, product testing, and swabbing of equipment, and follow policies surrounding Quality Control needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience ideally in a pharmaceutical, food, or nutraceutical environment.
- Knowledge of machine operating/production.
- Strong knowledge and emphasis on safety.
- Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math skills, including ratios and weighing of product.
- Knowledge of FDA/GMP regulations.
- Ability to follow procedures and directions to properly identify product and follow formulas.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs on a regular basis.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Motivation and a good attitude with the ability to learn.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 – $22.00/hr.
