LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Receptionist to start at an amazing construction company located in Phoenix, Arizona.

They are currently on the lookout to add another individual to our client’s growing team.

This is a full time, 40 hour per week position paying between $18.00-$21.00 per hour. Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.

Job Duties:

– Answering and transferring phone calls to appropriate department

– Filing paperwork

– Handle incoming and outgoing mail

– Keep up with office (occasionally dusting, sweeping, etc.)

– Creating and sending invoices

– Keeping track of service clients and jobs

– Scheduling transportation and service calls

– Directly communicate with new and current customers

– Work hand in hand with shop manager and general manager

– Taking rental calls with appropriate knowledge and pricing

– communicating with yard supervisor and shop manager for any forklift needs

– Assistance in other areas as needed

Requirements:

– Organized

– Attention to detail

– Ability to move quickly and respond to tasks quickly

– Ability to interact with customers and staff appropriately

– A great phone voice! we need someone who is not afraid to answer the phone or afraid to talk to customers

Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week 

Experience:

  1. Receptionist: at least 1 year of experience 

  2. Bilingual preferred but not required
