Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Kansas City, KS
Soliant is seeking a full-time BCBA to support students in an alternative school setting within the Kansas City, Kansas area for the 20252026 school year.
Position Overview:

Location: Alternative school setting in Kansas City, KS

Dates: August 4, 2025 May 22, 2026

Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Caseload: Up to 14 students

Support Role: Ideally supervise 12 RBTs and collaborate with teachers to promote a positive behavioral support environment
Job Requirements:

Active BCBA certification

Experience working with students with severe behaviors is required

Ability to collaborate effectively with school staff and families

Prior school-based or alternative education setting experience is a plus
