Job Description

We are seeking Customer Care Advocates to join our team. Call center experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities: Simply put, you will help our customers filing their claims.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
Experience: While call center experience is not required, customer service is a must.
The pay rate starts at $18/ Hr ($19/ Hr for bilingual English/Spanish). Our hours of operation are from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday to Friday. We accept applicants from anywhere in the continental U.S., but hours will support 8-8 EST.
