Position: Full-Time plex Needs Special Education Teacher (Onsite)
Location: Fredericksburg, VA Area
Contract: 2025-2026 School Year
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Range: $35 – $42 per hour
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, weekly pay
Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction and support to high school students with plex needs in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet individual student needs and abilities

Collaborate with school staff, families, and related service providers to support student progress

Monitor and document student progress regularly and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
-
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment conducive to student growth

Participate in team meetings, professional development, and other school-related activities
Requirements:

Must hold a valid Virginia Adaptive Special Education license for high school

Previous experience working with students with plex needs preferred
